Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing or shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email as soon as we become aware of the issue.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping speed. We are not responsible for the actual shipping and/or delivery time of third-party parcel or mail carriers.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) soon after your order ships. The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of generation.

Damages and Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at help@ustacoachingshop.com so we can promptly investigate the status of your order and file a claim with the carrier and resolve the situation for you.
